Hi everyone, we have been living at North Park in San Jose (border of Milpitas) for four years now but with the ridiculous increase in rent (15%), we have decided to look at other areas of Santa Clara County. We found a privately owned condo which is being rented out in the Miramar Plaza community on Miramar Court. Does anyone know if there are any safety issues in that area? I checked on familydogwatchdog.us and it seems fairly safe, but I am from a small town in Virginia and safety is a priority. Thank you!

Hi,
I am a resident of this complex and we rent a condo for about 2 years. We havent had any issues inside the complex and its a gated community. Cant say much about outside but no bad experience. We often come back late around 12 am over weekends but everything has been fine so far.

Why do you consider a 15% increase in rent to be ridiculous?
