It is still pretty bad. Demographics in the South Bay make for lower rates. But San Jose PD is critically understaffed, and generally unable to respond to non violent crime in a timely manner.

That's just proof that we don't have enough guns on the street yet, if the victim had a gun then the two could have had a shootout!

And maybe if the guy had a gun to protect himself and his dog he’d be breathing today

Hell will host the Hockey Championships before San Franciscans are allowed to defend themselves from career violent criminals hellbent on preying upon them. The sheep must remain disarmed for their own good.

This is an example of the whacked out liberalism that has caused most of the problem. Completely ignores the fact that the victim was murdered, then makes a sparky liberal joke about the victim being able to defend themselves.

The thing you folks have to understand is that liberals view victims of crime as collateral damage, as they attempt to shape their sophomoric utopian society.

Until of course they themselves are victims of crime. Then they expect the world to stop and cater to them. I see it on the job all the time.

Wouldn't a better analogy for S.F. be Seals? Like the San Francisco Seals (minor league baseball team until 1957).

Regardless of your preference:
Due to their strong flocking instinct and tendency to act in unison, sheep have been universally branded as "stupid." But sheep are not stupid. Their only protection from predators is to band together and follow the sheep in front of them. If a predator is threatening the flock, that is not the time to act independently.

So three cheers to the sheep.

Sheep are smarter than humans. They never let the dumbest of the herd lead them.

Newsom and Biden kind of come to mind.
