Hi, everyone.
Looking to buy a home in Temecula.
It is nice standard 2 story home, community of Vintage Hills.
It has metal frame, not a wood. Have no idea,is this good or not really.
Have few day to make my mind.
Please advice.
Thanks a lot.

Vintage Hills seemed like a nice community. As far as metal frame, you won't have to worry about termites eating through your frame. You may want to talk to a few realtors or neighbors in the area

I love Vintage Hills. Great schools, great community, great location. I wouldn't worry about the frame. Metal also doesn't burn to a crisp the way wood does if there is ever a fire . Go for it!

Thanks, guys.
I did talk to people and read few articles online. It stated that it is good for termites and fire. Those type frames just needs to be installed right and insulated properly. I guess Vintage Hills homes was build by same builder/contractor, so i hope it is good. I try to check, maybe someone knows a little bit more than just common information available online.
Thanks, again and have a nice day.
