I will be working in my new job in El Monte and I really want to have my own home with a backyard .

Where are the good cities in Inland empire to buy single family homes, 3 bed preferred budget 200k - 320 k

Is Corona a safe neighborhood , please provide me some tips for a first time home buyer ?

They either aren't, or they're paying more than $300K. You might be able to find a smallish house in Corona for $400K or even a little under, though.

I work in CC and traffic is nuts. During peak hours HOV sticker is almost useless. Fortunately I drive a car with HOV sticker on flexible schedule. If you don't care about schoolss there are many options. Montebello, whittier, rowland heights, alhambra. south el monte... There are more but you may have to start with a condo

I have lived in south part of Corona for 20 yrs.. its a great safe place.. you wont find 3 bdm home in good area for that price range..
The traffic is going to suck tho going all the way to El Monte.. Maybe check out Ontario or Chino too

You won't get a home with an actual backyard for $320k, if you can raise your budget to the higher 300's then check out Rosena Ranch

Rosena Ranch New Home Community - San Bernardino - Inland Empire, California | Lennar Homes

Depending on the hours you work, prepare to budget in at least 1 hour each way of a commute to El Monte, which is very, very do-able and well worth it IMO for a bigger home in a family oriented community.

Here is a small house under 300k in Corona, but it looks to be sold.

2382 Weatherwood Rd, Corona, CA 92879 - Home For Sale & Real Estate - realtor.com®

Here is a little home, sort of cute, for 315k.
