Hi all, I'm toying with the idea of moving from Arizona (north of Phoenix) to Norco, CA and I haven't been able to find much on the net about the area. What I'm most interested in is getting info on pet-friendly apartments/studios, horse boarding options and employment opportunities in the restaurant industry. Also the possibility of finding lodging somewhere I could keep my horse. I would like to stay centered around Norco for all three. Any help would be appreciated. I'm going to come for a visit in July and would make the move in September depending on the outcome of the July trip.

If you are a horse person you will love Norco. The town is divided by the 15 Freeway and there is a bit of difference between the old Norco side and the newer side. But both are good in their own ways. The east side or north depending on how you look at it is older. There are alot of feed stores and such on 6th street where you should be able to get info on boarding. I do not have info on renting.

Good idea, hadn't thought about the feed stores. Another question. I know the town is horse friendly, but is it also dog friendly? I usually take my dog trail riding with me, but I'm wondering if he'd be allowed on the bridal paths off-leash?

Not sure if it is technically allowed but I see it done. Lots of multiple dog owners and breeders in Norco due to the large lots.
