My daughter had a wonderful summer in the OC but will be heading home to Palm Springs mid-Aug. The 24 Hour Fitness that she was going to in Cat City closed and her membership for 24 is expiring. She's open to finding a new gym or classes. She really likes Zumba, Kick boxing and yoga. It would be really nice if she could find a place where the 20-30 people go if those do exist out there. She really wants to meet people around her age so that she can have a social life out there instead of coming home all of the time.

There's a new gym opening just behind Toucan's called WorkOUT [mod]link removed[/mod]. While primarily catering to gay men, it seems like it would fit the bill for a fabulous young lady looking for a social scene. It's not open yet, but they're offering pre-opening membership specials.

Thanks for the info, I'll pass it on. Does the gym Plan to have classes such as Zumba, Yoga or kick boxing? My daughter goes to the gym mostly for the classes.
