Safe? Yes.

Quiet? Yes.

East Central would be your district and I consider East Central the third best school district in SA. NISD is number one and actually NEISD and ECISD are both interchangeable for number 2.

It is very safe the school district EC is not the best. Look at La Vernia a little east it has better schools and nicer homes.

I live out in Adkins and we love it. We've been living out here for 5 years and it's very quiet, peaceful, and I find the people very friendly. The school district I believe is very good also. I grew up going to private school and I thought about putting my son in private school as well but I would put him in John Glenn Elementary if I decided not to. It took a while getting used to all the quiet since I grew up in the city but I would not have it any other way now.
