I was looking to join a gym but, realistically, I most likely won't be able to make it outside the weekends. Lately, I've been hearing more and more about Kettlebells. Anyone tried these? Seeking feedback...as always, thanks for your time.

Yep, good stuff. Just look for workout routines using kettles online. They are basically like dumbbells, but a little different in how you handle them. Good luck.

Kettleballs are incredible, if you learn to use them correctly. With the amount of cuff rotation you can achieve with them, be sure to always properly support or you can seriously hurt yourself.

I use them for shoulder days, as well as much heavier ones for power-squats and dead-lifts.

Kettlebells are okay in my opinion. The thing is your risk for injury increases if you do not use them properly. They can cause back problems and wrist problems. Dumbells are alot safer, but anything with weights can cause injury.

If you must try working out your traps with kettlebells. You will get results because the traps are known as the easiest muscle group to work on.
