Does anyone know what is being constructed across the street from San Antonio Ranch? It looks like a bridge and large parkway, but there are no signs.

An elementary school is going in across from San Antonio Ranch, according to this thread.

There is an elementary school site inside that property, and that road/bridge will provide access to the school site and the subdivision (Triana). It's planned for 660 houses, but, given the state of the market, that number could change. No builders have committed to it (KB was the original builder).

Thanks for the information. My wife and I are looking for a lot or a home out in this area. Any other future developments in the works?

Don't count on very many 'future' projects coming online right now. It's awfully tough to finance anything.
