Hey guys,
pretty soon (a few weeks) my wife and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary.
Since we just bought a house, car, etc, etc. I'm not going to be able to do anything impressive.
So, we are just going to have to settle for a fancy dinner.

What do you guys recommend?
I'm thinking about the Tower of Americas, but I have no idea how much it would be.
BTW, it could be here in San Antonio or Austin.

Remember back in the day... a nice dinner, a fire in the fireplace, some good wine and just reflections... Maybe make a very nice CD/DVD of you two and play it on the television when she thinks its going to be a movie? How romantic is that?

I know you have little ones, so I imagine there if very little "together" time for you and the Mrs. Have you thought about getting a hotel room downtown, ordering pizza, and just relaxing? Sometimes just being alone with one another doing nothing can mean everything! Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!! 10 years nowdays is like 25!

Congrats on your 10th! We just celebrated our 18th at Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steak House. Service was excellent, as was the food.

Chamagaucha

Kirby's is also has excellent food. Hubby would have gone first there if I hadn't found Chama Gaucha. He also recommends The Palms downtown and The Lodge at Castle Hills.

We've also been to J. Alexanders, Flemings, and Ruth's Chris, but that was a few years ago.

I would not go here. Went here for my birthday and was disappointed and hungry afterwards. My husband spent over 100 bucks and we ended up eating mcdonalds because we were still hungry.

Have you thought about going here...
