sure, lets do that once the people who have bought properties outside the loop start paying city property taxes. nothing planned yet, so dont expect anything until at least 2014.

I don't think we should wait. There are plenty of folks that are
just inside the loop. They are indeed paying city taxes and I'm quite sure, use those portions of the road that the OP speaks of.

Traffic over there (and the sheer distance) is why I avoid the region as much as possible. The few times I've gone that way it was seriously bad.
