What is that big project been built on the corner of Fred rd and Huebner. I thought how cruel can a developer be, because there is a graveyard there

In Texas, the graveyard gets right-of-way. It's called Right of Sepulcher. That means that the graveyard has to stay put, it has to be fenced off in an appropriate manner, and there has to be access to it at all times for the people who go to visit their loved ones. If the developers want to move the graveyard they have to have it done by a state-licensed mortician, and it is a huge pain, so most come to an agreement with the people who own/run/visit the cemetery.

The Dominion has a graveyard in the middle of it. You'd be surprised how many places that used to be ranch or farm land have little burial grounds.

That's a pretty big development at that intersection...I would guess either another business park or apartments. And it is crowding that small cemetery.
