Very sad story....but apparently no foul play. It doesn't even appear that he drowned. It sounds more like someone who had a heart attack and fell unnoticed into the river.

I do have to say that Park Police Cmndr Steve Baum's comment was a bit odd----->

Because the genius reporter probably asked him--so how many stiffies have you pulled outta here in the past, sir? Reporters are absolutely amazing in their questioning sometimes.

I'm certain you're right Sapphire. It's not like there are tons of bodies found up or down stream from "there"...idiots!

There's a lot of places in San Antonio where people haven't been found dead before. Commander Baum, how many fingers am I holding up ?????
