None of the previous pedestrian bridges between Theo and SW Military will be rebuilt. Very few people used them, and even with the bridges, many people still opted to try to run across the freeway instead. The pedestrian bridge north of Theo will remain (it serves Burbank HS), and the one south of Zarzamora will be rebuilt to extend over the frontage roads as well.
