I love this place! My parents used to drive through there a lot when I was a kid.
I remember going there to see 4th of July fireworks as a kid, I guess my parents wanted to avoid the crowds everywhere else. There is a vacant lot where that No Parking Anytime sign is. I used to beg my parents into checking out the land to see if we could buy it and build a house there, but of course they never did. That whole area has a couple of great views. I did my drivers test through there, and in the middle we drove down another hill with this Miami Vice looking house that I never knew about. I like to drive my nieces there once in a while they love it.
Oh, btw, that view is not on Inspiration drive, its a street called Willowbrook. Exit babcock road, go inside the loop, take a right on Hillcrest, then a right on Willowbrook, you'll start going up the hill, and you'll know when you need to turn around to see the view.
