There are numerous road construction projects that have begun or will begin soon as a result of the '07 bond. TXDOT also has major construction along much of 410 including a new half-billion dollar interchange at the intersection of 281. I-10 just finished a multi-year expansion project that included a new interchange at I-10 and 410. 281 will likely begin expansion construction to the North of 1604. 1604 from 90 on the Westside all the way too I-10 on the Eastside will be rebuilt including new interchanges at I-10 and 281. There are also tons of new roads going in, many of which are being built outside 1604.

Um,yes..but it's no worse than normal. Then again, I tend to stay in my little area...and don't commute.

Personally I have no problem with traffic. Of course, I also was smart enough to not live the traffic disaster that is Stone Oak.

I honestly don't feel sorry for people that live in Stone Oak. They are choosing to live there and deal with the traffic day in and out. There are plenty of places they could live and not be stuck in traffic all the time.

Sorry...my apologies. BTW- I wouldn't live in/anywhere near Stone Oak either.
