Our work lunch group liked the food, but rarely went because of the slow service.

Cafe Zinho is now open and it's located at 35 and Evans Road. Can't wait to try it because the Yelp reviews are good so far. We've been waiting forever for it to open. They have coffee drinks, breakfast pastries and bagels, soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches. Kind of an odd location so I wish them well.

Never went, but read their yelp page out of morbid curiosity. Italics are mine:

Don't eat here if you want to get sick. My Wife and I did two weeks ago, and now we know why. They had 28 demerits on their latest health score.

Not NEW, but AWESOME!!!! They are in a convenience store on Medical Drive and have a food truck I guess....IF you have ANY desire for WONDERFULLY unique Argentinian food, try "Fat Tummy"! Their empanadas are to DIE for and their Chimmichuri sauce they sell by the 8oz container if you are a true Chimmichuri freak (and if you have never tried it, you MIGHT be when it is all said and done....) AMAZING FOOD! They have a FB page. You can get it ready to eat, or like we did, ate some and got the raw to take home and freeze so that we could have later. Exceptional variety of food for those that have traveled to South America and are wanting something AUTHENTIC!

Not 100% sure, but it looks like Mr. & Mrs. G's Soul Food may be shutting down...or at least shopping for a new owner. I saw an ad to sell the restaurant/land up on Realtor.com. With the wife's recent passing I was wondering how long they would go on.This city doesn't have a great variety of soul food restaurants as is, but Mr. & Mrs. Gs along with Mrs. Kitchen are the only two to get my business. Will be sad to see Mr. & Mrs. Gs go, will miss their variety of vegetables & beans especially.
