Thanks for the clarification. Have you been since they opened a couple of weeks ago? You clearly know a lot about it!

That might be one of the fastest construction jobs in the history of San Antonio restaurant construction.

So you haven't been? I was hoping for a review.

I've had a few friends who've been and have raved, but it's good to hear from others. I haven't been yet but hope to try it in a week or two. It's been exciting to watch the place transform - Southtown Grill, Papa Louie's, Burgerz and Bunz. Bite is a whole 'nother world for that spot, but it should play off Bliss well.

Yeah, and that includes construction AND demolition. They completely leveled the old A-Frame. That's just crazy fast, considering how long it seems to take to open the various restaurants that cycle open and closed on Blanco Road.

Because I was doing early voting in the area, I happened to go by there again tonight. The place was packed.

last time a whataburger opened (on bulverde) Dont know if you noticed this but all new whataburgers are orange and white...other older ones have the blue and even older ones have brown, blue, orange and white in the sign. They are starting to repaint the older ones.

Yes, it is a fancy place. Not super fancy, but has more in common with Bliss or the Monterey than Taco Haven. I have't eaten there, but have been inside. It is very well done. You wouldn't know it was the same place.

Oh, and not really "right next to" there are a few shops in between.
