That location may be as unlucky as that place that's been Yacht Club / Wish / Big Daddy's... goes through at least one restaurant a year.
Is that the location that used to be Zaki's? I loved Zaki's before it was taken over by new owners.... and then it flopped.

The one and the same. Used to be Crave Burger or something for awhile, too. You can look at the sign and see the remnants of several names up there.

Speaking of which...somebody know the fate of the latest concept, "Wish"? I drive by once in a while and never see much activity...

Since subway closed shop a few years it has been unlucky for all that have moved in there.

They have a Facebook page that seems to reflect some activity (i.e., they have a DJ who plays there on the weekends). Also noticed that, during the week, they are 18+ (should have posted this in a previous thread where the OP was looking for such places). Honestly, if they are going to compete with Area 31 and Ivy, they are going to have to step it up a bit.

What do you have to do to compete with Ivy? Run over some kids in the parking lot?

Moderator cut: orphaned Went to the new Las Palapas in Alamo Ranch the other day. It is very nice inside when compared to their older locations.
