I read on another board that Dunn Bros. on Bandera had already closed down.
Can anyone confirm? I think I just drove by there the other day and didn't even notice. I guess that might be one of the reasons--kind of an odd location.

Here's a posting on the site of
The San Antonio Singles Coffee Meetup GroupThe San Antonio Singles Coffee Meetup Group The last meetup was on Dec 13, hasn't said anything about closing down YET....
They have photos online from this meetup and in one, you can see the giant exhaust pipe from this crazy coffee roaster. In another, you can see how everyone is crowded into half the room because the roaster takes up the other half.
This is really a shame, because I liked the place prior to the big deafening contraption.
Scroll to the bottom of this site to see info about the meetups. Also notice how the meetup attendance dwindled drastically after the first meeting, then came back up, but still only to SEVEN on the most recent one.....
it's a shame.....

Can anyone confirm? I think I just drove by there the other day and didn't even notice. I guess that might be one of the reasons--kind of an odd location.
