Those aren't real machacado tacos. They just mix fajitas with eggs. That's not right. Machacado is dried, shredded beef.

To be fair, the one I tried, a few times, is out off of 410 and Rittiman. I don't know how it compares to the other ones, but it's downright foul. I've tried numerous entree's just to be sure.

As for Flying Saucer... they have excellent food and even better beers.
