I want to congratulate you for completing the coursework and getting the A&P license. Many people go

through the schooling but don't get the required license to gain employment in aviation. It is one of the most

demanding/skilled occupations out there. With that said, I'll try to help as much as I can. I don't know what

your background is but there's a company in Uvalde,TX called Sierra Industries that hires entry level A&P

mechanics with no experience. Website: Sierra Industries | Cessna Citation | Aircraft Maintenance

As far as San Antonio goes, there's Port San Antonio (formerly Kelly AFB) that has several companies. Website:

San Antonio International Airport website: http://www.sanantonio.gov/aviation

Well, that's all I can think of for now. Good Luck!

Sierra has a great name in the Mod industry and they are a medium sized outfit that operates like a small outfit. I agree this is a good place to start.
