I went to my local large HEB store the other day (Bandera/1604) and I finally found some pineapple juice that wasn't in a can. They only had small bottles for 85c and I'm desperate to find a huge bottle of it, like the Mott brand has with apple juice. Any ideas? :]

Alternatively, is the pineapple juice in cans the same tasting or has to been processed differently? I'm not used to pineapple juice in cans and don't really want to risk buying a six pack of stuff I wont ever use :P

I've bought orange/pineapple in larger plastic bottles from HEB before. I've also bought the big cans of pineapple juice before (how else can you make pina coladas? ) and it tastes fine. You just want to buy a plastic pitcher to store it in once you've opened the can, it starts to taste like metal only if it's been opened and stored in the can in the fridge.

Yeah I've seen those pineapple/orange ones, I was hoping they'd also do *just* pineapple. As long as the stuff in the can will taste the same I don't mind buying those.

The small cans are very tasty, and perfect for marinating fajitas.

Heb brand has pineapple only bottles, as well as pineapple/orange too. I guess their brand is pretty good. I haven't tried the big dole medal cans. I know I love drinking the juice after I eat pineapples from the can.
