TWC Whole House DVR does not work as expected. You have to get the one DVR and then receivers for every room you want to access the programs from. You will pay to rent each receiver!

Had it for now 2-years and my price is very low because I have call the Customer Advocate Team Department over 100 times, yes that's over 100 times.

The biggest problem is that the TV's get out of sync on a regular basis and when you reboot, you need to reboot all of the units at the same time or else it wont work.

I can live with it because every time I need to call, I always ask for another discount and they don't what to loose a customer so they submit what's called a SOS which stands for save our sale.

Remember that its the Customer Advocate Team Department and not the regular call center that have deadbeat techs who don't have any cue as to what their doing nor how to fix it.

So why do I have it, when it works it great and as stated above the price is very low.

Your post comes across as kind of unhelpful and braggy, since it doesn't include contact information for the Customer Advocate Team Department. You don't want the rest of us to benefit?
