for burgers you should really try Timbo's. They are on Broadway down by the Pearl Brewery and man they are awesome. Beware though - they are only open during the week, I believe.

Well, I'll take a stab at this:

- Best way to get day-of Spurs tickets Haven't tried
- Best museum/art gallery McNay
- Best FREE thing to do Mission Trail
- Best place to park in the city for free (or least expensive place) If city=downtown - MidCities parking garage - parked there today while we went to the Children's Museum - only 6 bucks!
- Best tacos/enchiladas I'd go with Fish Tacos and the best we've found have been at The Cove and Beto's
- Best guacamole Boudro's
- Best margaritas My house! (Seriously.) Or the upcoming/yearly Margarita Pour Off
- Best Tex-Mex restaurant La Fogata
- Best authentic Mexican food restaurant Paloma Blanca
- Best BBQ - McBees (althought that's in Pleasanton & Jordanton)
- Best Southern home-cooking hmmmm...dunno
- Best place to grab a burger Bigz or Alamo Drafthouse
- Best bar to watch a sporting event Flying Saucer
- Best bar/club to listen to live music Sam's Burger Joint
- Best locally-brewed beer Alamo Beer!! Yum!
- Favorite night spot Depends on your genre preference - for us it used to be the Sanctuary! (sadly it closed )

Looking forward to the other thoughts!
