My whole family goes to Jennifer at the Super Cuts by the Wal-mart. I know it's not high style or anything but she knows all types of hair and gets it done quick. She'll remember you too. We've gone to her for about 2 years now.

Try Ann Nolen at JCPenney Salon at the Rim. It is a very short drive from DeZavala to La Cantera Parkway, first exit north of Loop 1604.

She is a master stylist and books up fast.

Cindy at Alta Moda at the Rim. She is FANTASTIC and I am a total stickler when it comes to my hair. She's a little pricier, but I think she's worth it. There are others at the salon that are less expensive, but she's the owner and is worth every penny.

I like Emily at Toni and Guy at La Cantera. She is about $65.00 a cut.

I like the ME salon off Camp Bullis. Great haircut ($50), and it's interestingly, a 'no tip' salon. Never seen that before.

I recently changed from going to Toni and Guy normally i love my cuts from there but my hair has been razored enough...I wanted to find someone else to handle my hair...talked to a few people at work and 3 of my co-workers recommended Denise. I have hair that passes the middle of my back she charged a total of 85 for a cut and color with blowdry and style...i almost always pay 120 or more at toni and guy. She came highly recommended and did a wonderful job. She is at 8600 Wurzbach rd #501. (210) 558-7569

Good luck.

Folawn's. I'm glad I stumbled on the place when I moved here a few years ago. A quality salon, no tipping. You get treated really well, get a great cut, and it's not too expensive - mine is $50 and that's about average there. For a cut from a master stylist, I believe it's $60. They're near Bitters and Blanco. http://www.folawns.com/

Is that a specific salon?
