Cox Design Build out of Boerne. They do both remodeling and new construction.

Just curious if those that replied actually had experience with the builders they're recommending, or if they're just posting names of ones they know. The only one that mentioned they had experience with them was the one that recommended Sauer.

To the OP, interview the builder and try to talk to folks that they've built with. If possible, try to find people that are NOT listed as testimonials by the builders. They'll always give you the happy ones. Best advice is go with your gut.

The place I'm selling was built by Grona Builders in the early '90s. They still make a few houses in the area I think... anyway it held up pretty well. The only thing I really think they didn't do right is that the cricket around the chimney should've been bigger.

Dale Sauer built our home at the end of 2008. I would build another home with Dale in a heartbeat!

My husband and I are building with Casa Domaine Custom Home Builders in Boerne- owner is Brent Massey. We've had a great experience so far! I highly recommend him.
