Hi all,

My family and I will be putting our home up for sale soon here in Virgina and relocating to San Antonio, Until this house sells, we will be renting a 2br/2ba apartment in San Antonio. We have been looking at the NW side of San Antonio outside loop 1604. Our range for a home will be around 160kish, can anyone recommend any good apartments in that area, I have searched most of the online apartment resources and cant find any listings outside 1604 between say Helotes and Potranco. Any information would be extremely helpful, Thanks you in advance!

Do you have school age kids, and if so, which level would they attend.
That might influence you since there are some apartments right across the street from some Elementry and Jr Schools...and if you DON'T have kids in school, you might want to avoid those same apartments for the traffic/school zone issues. If you give a little more info it would be easier to help you out with some detailed info.

Mira Vista off of La Cantera Parkway was good for me while at grad school. Nice view, well maintained, good management. Not sure though what the "Shoppes of La Cantera" may have done to the place - more traffic in the area? Used to be somewhat secluded from traffic but convenient to I-10 and 1604/NW part of SA near the medical centers.
