Some might call this a stretch, but this is just another reason for Amazon to consider Rochester for HQ2.
I realize that there are plenty of nasty bosses out there, but Rochester is always well represented on these "best places to work" surveys. There must be something in the water. If you study the history of some of Rochester's most storied companies, you will find that there have always been compassionate leaders in Rochester's business community. And it continues today.

I actually can see that, as it is an area that while not perfect, has had a forward thinking history.
