We have our family house for sale and Im looking for the best way to advertise. Can anyone tell me some good forums or sites to advertise it on? Or of any community bulletin boards which I can put flyers up?

We just sold our home in 3 weeks using a $400 flat fee listing service. It's great because we didn't have to pay a ridiculous listing commission and saved quite a bit. We did offer the buyer's agent a 3% commission though and did end up selling to a buyer with an agent for our full asking price. However, on the listing side we didn't pay anything except the $400 fee. The listing service we went through gives you the option to choose how much if anything you want to give to buyer's agent so it's entirely up to you. I'd recommend offering a commission for a buyer's agent though.
