Apartment/Townhouse in Fairport? (apartments, rent, townhouses)

My son would like to move to Fairport - preferably rent an apartment or townhouse.

I know that Fairport electric is cheaper, but do any townhouses or apartments have all electric? My friend lives in a townhouse that has gas heat - which seems crazy since the electric is so much less expensive.

Any suggestions? Even if it is not all electric, where would a young couple like to live in Fairport - preferably around $800-900 (or less, if possible) a month?
