Do many kids trick or treat door to door in 24018? If so, what time does it usually start? We have some plans but my wife likes to see the kids costumes so she wants to be aorund to hand some candy out.

I'm sure they do in that area. I saw some great costumes on the city market this past Saturday, when the train excursion was in town that day. I believe the Ghost Tour brought a lot of kids downtown for the event. I saw a guy with
a bunny outfit holding his infant kid who also had a bunny costume. It really stuck out of the crowd with matching costumes.

We went to a family gathering but I live in sw county and our box of candy that we left out was about empty, so I am assuming we had a good bunch of kids come by (either that or someone took most of the candy and ran ).

I know I'm posting after-the-fact, but for next year: Cave Spring Baptist always has a Trunk-or-Treat in their parking lot. Most of our Trick-or-Treaters come between 6:30-8pm. I thought we'd get more little ones before dark, but that hasn't happened in the 10 years we've lived here. Maybe some of the subdivisions get early trick-or-treaters, but our Cave Spring neighborhood doesn't.
