That's the creepy, icky part of all of these monotonous violent crime threads. Could just be a harmless crime fetish, finding some weird relief. But, it could be more.
There's more info in the following video. Note that there's no mention of River Lofts. They only reference "a housing complex". I also noticed that the original article posted says "near the River Lofts in Cumberland". Are there housing projects over there?
No there are no housing projects there. It is near wooded areas on the river though if you're desperate to link the crime to poor or homeless people.
