I currently read dozens of periodicals and newspapers on line. I used both my computer and iPhone for this.
The following magazines arrive in my mailbox monthly:

American Rifleman
American Legion
Backwoodsman

The first two are mailed to me because they come with my membership to the NRA and American Legion.

Irish

I also get American Rifleman, as part of my life membership bought so long ago that it only cost $300. (Have since upgraded to Patron membership)

Get Handloader, Rifle, and Successful Hunter, Hemmings Motor News, Blade, and Gun Digest Magazine. That last one is becoming a favorite, I am an old dog when it comes to guns, but they offer a new trick or so most every month.

I have been getting free magazine subs for years. Mostly women's magazines, bathroom reading material. I figure if they can get the circulation numbers up, they can get more for ads, that's why they offer them for free. Some I don't want even if they are free, they are totally useless. Can't think of any I would pay money for.

Consumer Reports and Shooting Illustrated online. Mother Earth News, Guns, Guns & Ammo, American Rifleman, American Handgunner, Firearms News, Shooting Times, Southern Outdoors in hardcopy. I really miss Fine Homebuilding and Fine Boatbuilding in hardcopy, but they just got to be too expensive, along with an editorial decision to decrease emphasis on technology and techniques.

I think the last one, 12 years ago, was The Economist.

My interests have narrowed in retirement....
Architectural Digest and a similar narrow focus SW architecture magazine
Preservation (National Trust for Historic Preservation)
Archaeology and American Archaeology (Archaeological Conservancy)
Latham's Quarterly
A half-dozen newsletters

No news magazines or sporting magazines any more.
I visit B&N every week for a long lunch and read magazines there.

The Sun Magazine

My world wouldn't be the same without The New Yorker
