I feel I am doing well in retirement in that it is not about stopping but change the form and content of your contribution. The satisfaction comes from contributing and feeling some sense of accomplishment. Whether that be helping a Senior to send an email, aiding those who need but don't have food, hitting a good shot in a game of doubles tennis, or helping a small business to achieve their dreams.
Look to your passion and the talents, skills, and abilities you have built up over a life of work. How can you use those to make a contribution to someone else. It is about service and contribution not entertainment.
