Does anyone use an online 3rd party for rent collection? Apparently many are inexpensive and convenient, like clearNow,rentomatic, etc. Are there issues or problems that one should be aware of? Anyone who has any experience with any of them please share your experience. Thanks a lot.

And this is exactly why I still have to have checks printed but only write one each month. I refuse to pay an extra $6 per transaction just to pay my rent electronically.

Default it's free

Using ClearNow, LL pays the cost and tenant doesn't pay anything.

Being a landlord is a business the price is built into the rent just because it is not itemized does not mean the cost was not taken into account for the landlord’s profit and lose

Agreed, I pay my rent that way and it is very convenient for me and the landlord.
