Our landlord has not given us any notice that they are renewing our lease for another year.
All we have is a little note on the web page were make the rent payment that:
the lease end-date is 06/30/20
I've heard that people over 60 get another extra month to move out, in NV. I have not been able to find where to check it.
Would that little note on the web page, which has been there the whole time, supersede any regulation about people over 60 getting an extra month?
2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, if a tenant with a periodic tenancy pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection 1, other than a tenancy from week to week, is 60 years of age or older or has a physical or mental disability, the tenant may request to be allowed to continue in possession for an additional 30 days beyond the time specified in subsection 1 by submitting a written request for an extended period and providing proof of the tenant's age or disability. A landlord may not be required to allow a tenant to continue in possession if a shorter notice is provided pursuant to subparagraph (2) of paragraph (b) of subsection 1.

That applies to tenants when a landlord gives notice pursuant to an eviction process. It doesn't apply to a standard end of term lease provision. Unless the lease spells out automatic renewals or month to month, in NV when the lease end date arrives, you're expected to vacate. Now, if the tenant remains after that date and the landlord send notice to get the heck out, the tenant can invoke that clause if disabled or old.
To add, for the benefit of the OP, it's not a lease extension, it's just a statutory delay of the eviction process for a month so you can vacate. You will be required to pay rent and any damages the landlord incurs during that period due to your failure to vacate. The landlord can still file for an eviction like normal but will have to postpone action until after the 30 days if you met the requirement.

Who is the other party involved in the lease? If the landlord has not given notice about renewing, maybe the other party involved should contact the landlord and let him know you want to renew.
I tend to agree with spencgr. But you should contact the landlord anyway to tell him you would like to renew. Maybe he is waiting to hear from you.
