Property manager taking several days to also sign lease (tenant, deposit, credit check)

It could be that the property manager has to forward it to the owner to have the owner sign. Some of the owners we work with demand to sign a lease themselves but most of them allow us to sign a lease on behalf of them and we have a POA.
Has anyone ever signed a lease and then had to wait several days
for the property manager to also sign the lease?
No. Never.
As noted above there could be a thousand legitimate reasons why...
but I wouldn't go past close of business tomorrow (Monday) to have it sorted out.
Did you also give them deposit money?

I'm in commercial but we always sign the lease withing a day or two. All of the legal review
and credit checking is done prior to sending it to the tenant for signature. The only reason we would delay is if the 3-4 people authorized to execute it are all away.
