^^^ Probably the answer.

Managers do not like turnovers because of the cost and time involved and every new tenant is a new relationship that may turn out good or bad.

So, if the manager realizes he or she is about to loose a good tenant, things may go in your favor.

One property I managed had a serial mover tenant... she moved units on average of 2 years before I arrived...

I've accommodated a tenant that I've had for 25 years... as her family grew, she needed more space and now they are out... she needed less... the key was it has to be a win/win for both.

Sirmaxx, please don't drag up old posts. I see that you are 'new' here and maybe dont' understand how things work, but usually dragging up threads that are months and years old is a waste of time.

Of course, it may not be if you're responding to yourself.

I dont' have to be a mod to ask someone not to drag up old posts that are hidden on the back pages. Bringing up old threads is useless...the OP wont' be around the the problem is long gone...too bad not all the problems are gone though.

Refusing to allow you to apply for the apartment is discriminatory. By law, ANYONE who meets the criteria is allowed to apply.
