53, atheist, not a spiritual bone in my body. I've been like this since I was able to think for myself, which was around age 11.

Well it looks like you can't teach the old dogs new tricks. Quite a few of us elders who don't believe in God.

Yes...we're all part of god. We're all one in the first place and so the golden rule of treating others as you'd like them to treat you actually serves us all well at the same time.

There is no need to believe in a god to be good and ethical.
I try to follow the teachings of the Buddha and other teachings of wise men.
