The Nuns/Sisters of the Catholic Church have been the backbone of Catholicism in America since the getgo.
They moved west with the wagon trains, nursed wounded soldiers from both the North and South during the Civil War , created the Catholic school system along with running and administrating many hospitals today along with serving the poor in inner cities and Third World countries.
Many have been killed for living out the gospels.
Which makes it a shame that Rome is spending over a million dollars $1,000,000.
to investigate them, Rome should be that concerned about their
Sexual Abuse Scandal.
