It does sound really fun! I would totally do the 100ft waterfall dive! Some of the other stuff tho...like those guys crawling under the barbed wire..idk.
I would tell the first guy that an opportunity came up for the bigger race, but that you will still workout/practice/train with him to get ready for the bigger one.
That way you aren't blowing anyone off and if he is competitive at all he will understand you want the harder challenge.
