ABSOLUTELY!! In my 20's, it was all about the perception of being sexy, b/c i didn't know what it really was. I based it on what men thought a sexy woman was. But in my 30's, i figured it out. It's not about men really, it's more about being comfortable w/yourself.
I get more attn in jeans now, than when i used to wear skirts up to my neck in my 20's!
