Be it intentional or not, be and by bestfriend went out w alot of the same girls, not intentionally, we just had the same taste i guess. He did get bothered w one in particular, but nothing worth breaking up our friendship over.
it has happened that someone i dated was then dated by a friend of mine. but it happened in different cities years apart.
even if it happened in the same city within a shorter time period i would not mind.
i have dated great individuals. if it doesnt work out with me, maybe it will work out with a buddy of mine. (not me and my buddy, [not that there is anything wrong with that] but my buddy and my exes.)
Did I ever go out with the same guy my friends did? Well, yes, if you count that he cheated on me a few times with girls I thought were my friends. (This was a boyfriend in high school.)
Did I date a guy I knew my friends had dated before me? No.
I did set up an ex-boyfriend (a nice one, not the cheater) with a friend of mine. They both were into surfing and Formula 1 racing, so I figured why not. They were together for three or four years, I think.
No, never. Hell, I was even cautious when it came to socializing with them because I never wanted my girlfriends to get the wrong idea.
However I can't say the same about my friends. Long story short, I was involved with a guy for a number of years and one of my closest friends ended up hooking up with him and started seeing him behind my back. I caught on rather quickly and wished them the best. (BEST thing to ever happen to me!!) I was in their bridal party.
