From hopping into the shower to be fully dressed, probably 30 minutes. I shower for about 15 minutes.

I pretty much have to shower in the mornings to wake up, but I don't have my coffee/breakfast until I'm at work so it doesn't take me long.
Shower = 10min
getting dressed = 5min
preparing gym bag (if I didn't the night before) = 3 min
brushing teeth = 3 minutes
Unless I'm moving slow it's 18-21 minuts
