I wouldn't get plastic surgery myself and I can't imagine being with someone who would either. I'm not sure why this is even a question. I'm sure that most women that wouldn't get plastic surgery probably wouldn't want to be with a guy who had plastic surgery. As for women that have gotten plastic surgery - perhaps they are the ones you need to be asking.
I had surgery on my entire body. I went to the gym religiously and worked my arse off. It paid dividends tenfold. Cheaper than plastic surgery as well.
I prefer women who are not surgically enhanced, even if that means they are not the stereotypical super model in the looks department. For me, the turn off is not the actual appearance it makes, but that what I am looking at is an artificial facade rather than the real thing. I do not hate women that do this, and respect their choice if they want it. I just do not find it to be something that enhances my attraction to them once I know.
Seems lots of us don’t feel attracted to fake beauty. I was wondering what women think when they get all those plastic surgeries thinking they will be more attractive. Maybe it is comparable to the guys who body build to the point of having this huge veiny muscular arms thinking that women want a big muscular man when in reality there are many women who think that is unnatractive.
Rather have a woman with real natural small breasts than one with implants.
I don't think women do place a high priority on men's calves. Like I said, my friend is extremely vain and shallow...I mean, the lock screen on his phone is a picture of himself flexing in his underwear.
It's only here in C-D world that men are turned off by surgically & medically enhanced women.
It doesn't seem have a negative effect on men out in the real world.
