What do you put on yours? Our grocery stores haven't had those nice long potatoes lately so been using little ones out of a 10 # bag. Not the same to us.

Mostly we put broccoli, cheese, bacon bits but other times we do taco toppings.

After scooping it out I mash w/sour cream or cream cheese and a little milk, add some bacon and shredded cheese on top and put back in oven to brown the tops.

Just lots of cheddar cheese, onions, garlic, bacon, and butter. But sometimes I make regular baked potatoes, and just top them with steamed broccoli and homemade cheddar cheese sauce.

you can do this with sweet potatoes as well, scoop out the flesh, mix with some cream, a little butter, cinnamon, and a touch of orange marmalade and place back in the shells, then under the broiler to brown/crisp the tops! Yum!!

I never thought about doing that with sweets! We will definately try that thanks!

We are a split family some like cheddar, some nacho cheese and I like a combination of cheddar & mozz. We've never tried any other veggie but broccoli on them though.
