Does anyone have a really good recipe for a rum cake with nuts that is made in a bundt pan?

A client used to bring them to us during Christmas and they would stay great for a long time- unless you opened them, when they would be consumed immediately.

Just looked-I used to make one with Baccardi and nuts and I must've thrown it out. It was so great. Basically boxed yellow cake mix and while warm poke holes and soak with rum.

HIF, this is my all time favorite, never fail recipe. I do sub pecans for the walnuts and soak the cake a bit more than the recipe calls for (read the most helpful hints). I actually have the bundt pan and a cake mix out on my counter right this minute to make this cake. Enjoy!

I just can't beat it. Some people think ewww a mix but this really doesn't have a cake mix taste to it and never fails. I have had people ask me if I take orders for this cake!

This is the ONLY recipe I use for rum cakes. I make MANY thru the holidays... and any other time anyone request for one... or two. These ruma cakes go faster than "hot cakes". LOL...
I use extra rum in the glaze.

This is one my mom used to do and it was handed down from grandma so there you have it , it has been in our family for yrs .

RUM BUNDT CAKE
1 pkg. fudge cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant fudge pudding mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. rum
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for about 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat at medium speed for 8 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, invert onto plate to cool more. Serve unfrosted or with whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate curls and top with a stemmed cherry.
