This really concerns me. The appraiser states that he measures the house and calculates sq ft based on it. AND a sketch is required. Did the buyer pay too much for the property? That's what it sounds like you're saying and this is and has been a very serious problem. Oh well I won't be getting the review job. Good Thing, for the lender and investors. I just hope it all works out honestly/fairly.
