was the house broken into? if not then the only way in is with the lockbox key and the agent is responsible. when the changing of ownership happens that is when securing the property becomes critical i have been out there at 11 pm with owner holding a flashlight changing locks to prevent bangbangers trashing the house b4 i get it.

Garage door kicked in from the INSIDE of the garage.

And now there has been another vandalism. The back of the house has been either kicked or hammered (the siding) and black is showing through what was white siding.

I fear I may lose this sale too. I do not know how to protect this property or make these things stop happening.

No, it wasn't. But someone got in the garage and did some damage. And now the damage is being done to the exterior. The police have told me not to stay there, as I put myself at risk if I do.

This is a safe neighborhood mind you. These things do not happen there.

Sounds like you might need to hire someone to stay there just to watch the place...Scarey Another option.....put cameras up....Or at least put signs advising of cameras.......and fake boxes or something....if it is your neighbor, the thought of being on video might be deterrent enough.
I am dying to ask...What happened w/ this neighbor!!!??

I have cameras up, but a camera has blind spots. If this sale falls through there is a company that puts people in houses until they sell, but because of the pool I am iffy on that. I do not want that liability.

As to the neighbor, no comment. Sorry.

Is it possible that the wind blew some siding off the house?

Cosmetic issues can always be fixed.
